Material :
- 400 grams of rice
- 700 ml broth
- 0.5 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tomatoes, peeled and cut into
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Saute the rice until golden.
- Put the onion and garlic. Stir until the onion is cooked.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and broth.
- After seasoning seep, lift and serve.
